Placing an Order

First of all, we have no setup, yearly or any other fees. The only fee you pay is the cost of your cigarettes and the shipping/handling fee. Placing your order is easy, you just pick as many cartons of those brands you want your order to contain as you wish, and then finalize your purchase. However, please note that we don't accept orders for more than 6 cartons from the first time customers. As soon as you receive your first order and the payment history is established, you are welcome to order as much as you wish. Also, you must be at least 21 years old to order.

Order status

After you've placed your order at www.cheapcigarette.org you will be automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship your order. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give you a possibility to change or update your postal address and / or the order items. In such cases you must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. Please enclose your order number when writing about changes in your order.

About our products

The cigarettes sold at www.cheapcigarette.org are of the highest quality available on the market. We sell brands made in Eastern Europe. The only brands we sell are shown on the Home page.

Payment

All prices in our web store are presented in EURO (For convenience some customers near we specify the approximate price in USD). You can pay by Credit Cards via C-CASH payment sistem.

Chargeback policy

We will not tolerate credit card chargebacks and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website as well as having their card blacklisted among processors. If there is a problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a reship in line with our structured reship and refund procedure.

Delivery

We send our orders by certified/registered airmail for cigarettes made in Eastern Europe. Please note that we don't provide courier and express delivery. All parcels contain no indications of its contents on the package. The delivery usually takes 8-20 days for cigarettes made in Eastern Europe. Delivery rate is EUR 4.49/carton. The cartons are shipped in parcels (one parcel contains not more than 6 cartons). The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days.

Customs

The declared value and weight of our parcels comply with the prescribed international terms. The parcels are sealed and cannot be opened for postal inspection. However, in those rare cases when our parcels are seized, we issue a full refund to the customer.

Claims & Refund

If you have not received your order within 30 days, it's declared as lost or stolen. Please, contact us, containing order #, your name, shipping address. Your claim must be approved by official post authority during 10 working days upon our requirement. When approval is completed you are guaranteed to receive your order according to the terms of delivery time. In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is impossible, we will make a full refund of the purchase price Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of represented receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE.

Credit Cards Payment

Credit card transactions have minimum order limit of EUR 5.29 and maximum order limit of EUR 335 per transaction. Name of the receiver of products has to be the same as the credit card holder's.
